Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

Ocean Spa Covers warrants the cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of delivery to the original consumer.  This warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership by the original consumer prior to expiration on the warranty period.

If defect becomes apparent during the warranty period the following apply:

1. Written notice must be given within 7 days of the time the defect is discovered.  The original receipt of the cover must accompany the notice.The consumer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the cover, clean, dry and boxed to the above address.At its option, Ocean Spa Covers will repair or replace any cover, if upon inspection it is determined to be covered by this warranty.The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the consumer within 30 days of receiving the cover.
2. The consumer will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

This warranty does not cover improper use or any of the following:

1. Damage by animals, fire, vandalism, excessive chemical staining, abrasion or use for the purpose other than that which the cover was designed.Foam core and center bracing are not warranted.Ordinary wear and tear, delamination and seam splitting due to improper handling are not considered a defect in workmanship or material and therefore are not covered under this warranty.Chafing or wearing holes in cover by dragging on rough surfaces are not considered a defect and therefore are not covered under this warranty.
2. Torn handles or tie down straps.

IMPORTANT WARNING:

Do not sit, walk or lay on your spa cover.  These are not safety covers.  Ocean Spa Covers will not be held responsible for any injury or death to any person or damage to any property, however arising.
